SWAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION (“SPC”) understands that customers desire to engage qualified well drilling and completion contractors and suppliers.

Below is a general outline of activities and capabilities of SPC and its partners:

Well Site Construction: Well site construction services and fluid services. SPC Drilling Division and local partners are able to provide such activities and services.

Drilling and Well Service Personnel (unskilled and skilled oilfield workers): Local Personnel will be needed for positions such as drillers, service technicians, roughnecks, roustabouts, mechanics, electricians, welders, truck drivers, warehousemen, trainers, safety supervisors, and related workers. SPC Drilling Division is also able to provide key rig supervisory personnel such as toolpushers and rig superintendents to manage and oversee critical operations and equipment maintenance – as required.

Drilling Rig Fuel and Water Supply:

Drilling Equipment: SPC to provide Drilling Rigs per customer's drilling schedule adequate to perform drilling wells in specified time period months based on well geology and well completion programs.

Well Cementing and Completion Supplies: SPC and partners to supply to each well all necessary casing, cementing, mud chemicals, well stimulation equipment, chemicals, packing, tubing, well head, rods, pumping, etc. equipment and tools necessary to case and complete the well as per engineering specifications, programs and designs provided and supervised by client or partner.

Well Completion Equipment: SPC is able to provide well completion rigs, support equipment, and other services per customer's well completion schedule.

Directional Drilling and Completion Technical Services: SPC to provide technical expertise in directional drilling as needed. Well stimulation equipment, chemicals, materials and technical expertise can also be provided by SPC in accordance with customer’s drilling and completion program.
